1. Physical Products

If you purchased a physical product:

• Refunds are available within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective

• Once work has started, partial refunds may be considered based on completed work

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has shipped or a service has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• Provide photos or documentation
• We will replace the item or issue a refund
